This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on livarodesign.com. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and keeping you informed throughout.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us at hello@livarodesign.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been sent.

3. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days of dispatch. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–7 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and run from the date of dispatch. The majority of UK orders arrive within this window, however occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum order value is required. Shipping is always free.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@livarodesign.com.

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund for the product value.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@livarodesign.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Livaro Design cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address being provided at the time of ordering.
