These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Livaro Design website (livarodesign.com) and the purchase of products from our online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a return and refund under our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or withdraw products from sale at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Any promotional or sale prices are genuine reductions from a previous selling price. We do not inflate original prices artificially.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely via our payment provider.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
